Saving Account Passbook(s), Cheque book(s), Certificate(s) of Deposit, Life Insurance Policy/Policies, Registration Certificate(s) and Title(s) for the motor vehicle and Share Certificate(s) in order to substantiate your sole ownership thereof.If the Bank Account/Accounts are operated jointly or if the motor vehicle(s) and shares/stock units are jointly owned, your instructions regarding the preparation of your Will must bear this in mind.

Give full names and addresses of the person or persons that you would like to be the beneficiary or beneficiaries of your assets and clearly state what shares/proportions will be allocated to each individual.
