Name Kristen Fletcher

Kristen holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the West Indies. In 2014, after successfully completing the course requirements of the Norman Manley Law School, she was awarded a Certificate of Legal Education from the Council of Legal Education. She was thereafter admitted to practise at the Jamaican Bar in the same year.

Kristen received certification in copyright from the Harvard Law School in co-operation with the Norman Manley Law School in the summer of 2014. This makes her an asset to the firm’s intellectual property law practice group.

She is a member of the firm’s litigation team and her areas of practice includes commercial and civil litigation including intellectual property litigation, personal injury defence, defamation and constitutional claims.
